Sweet! Success! It would cool if names of profiles can be linked. Assuming people have posted their timeline in their profiles.

How I did it...
1) Right click on user's name in their post on the left, "copy link address" in chrome. Other browsers will have something similar.
2) In the post (without the slashes), \[url\=<paste the link to the profile>\]<Name of the user>\[/url\]

Tinko G - My husbands medical has been expired since December 2010, we had submitted the original medical with the application in December 2009 ... My husband has been in the Interview Queue since APRIL 2011 (upon the initial review the IO put us in the interview Q)

Since, we got no progress and still waiting painfully.
