I actually have no idea in Sponsorship cases, Usually in Skilled worker cases, (I am FSW1 applicant) when decision made appears before medicals its Refusal, and when it appears after medical, usually it means you are going to get PPR-1. (Thats what i have noticed here)

when decision made before passport request it has to refusal

usually they request passport and when they stamp ur visa then e-case changes to DECISION MADE

I see.. but my brother hasnt got the letter which they have mentioned in their eCas, probably it has passport request in it.
Actually my question was that, you still get refused when you have done your medicals for TWO times?

Passport request comes before its decision made thats what i have seen HOPE I AM WRONG in this case

yes u can get refused after two medicals

once passport request is made u cant get refused

ahhh.. alright.. well i will be surprised if their case is refused, because i have seen so much activity in their case (3 or 4 Police verifications, too many additional documents request and last.. Telephonic interviews)
But i will inshahAllah let you guys know what happen to them. Thanks for your assistance brother!

waohhhhhhhhhh.....my hubby dont allow me........he think saying 143 (24/7) is too much filmi..........once in a while is ok.......that good if u makes ur wife feel good

i havent seen her for year know and shes all depressed i got to more months before i go on my vacation

iam just praying these chc guys send her remed+ ppr so i can bring her back

dont worry brother inshallah ho jaey ga .....as u can c cic working on 2011 aplications more faster then 2010......i visted my hubby almost 2 months ago but i feel lyk visting him again.....sub ki baree aye ge dair mai hee sahe lakin ayege inshallah......abhi woh loge mazai lai rahe hain jin ka visa lag raha hai........lakin kal apni hoge inshallah ameen.
