Recently i received a letter from CHC Islamabad, which requires to submit supplementary information forms. I tried to find those forms at the Country specific link and found Supplementary Information forms (4 Pages) , Residency Questionnaire ( 4 Pages) and Work Experience ( 2 Pages). I am just confused that should i just submit supplementary information forms Or have to include Residency Questionnaire with it. Further Education/Work Experience forms are NA in my case as i dont have dependent above 18 years of age.

No ! Should i just Fill Supplementary Information form 4 Pages, As requested ? OR Residency Questionnaire is also a Part of Supplementary Information ?

As you mentioned Should i have to Update the PR Application, Additional Family Information etc Forms?

When i got the Forms request, it was specifically mentioned to fill all these forms
in your case if they have specifically asked for Supplementary Information form then only fill this form, i guess http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/assets/pdfs/PakistaniNationals-Form-en.pdf
or send danny a pm, he'll guide you properly

This means they are not focusing on the family immigrations.

Yes you are right because they don't have any benefits from spousal immigration. The only benifit is to the spouses not to the Gov't. So what do they care.

Yes you have to fill out these forms.

I also go the same request. To fill only:-

and they just asked for more airline tickets etc.

So I only sent them that form only, thats the proper way right?

I went to Costco to buy grocery and some other products. Costco supposedly a wholesalers and if you buy in bulk its cheaper from there.

yes one forum member of oct 2010 got re med+ppr from them!!!
but usually they ask in most cases to get ur ruksati done!!and they ask lots of proof whether marriage is genuine or not so better to get it done before they ask for it....and send them all ruksati proofs ...nothing wrong with being on safe side rather than getting it prolonged!

Thanks, I got the ruksati/valima done. I was just asking for a friend(well 2 friends) .. their inlaws are not comfortable with the whole ruksati before visa matter..

My second medical already expired last five months sey background check chal raha hai I got a call week ago from which I think they will call me for interview. Unusual thing which I think is I was employed by GOV of PAKISTAN.

can u tell exactly what reason did they tell u when they called u ? ? ? ?

So the only form they asked me to fill was supplementary information (4 pages). Plus more proof.


Is there any reason they didnt ask for a re-med or re-pcc?
