Hi Friends,

I am new to this post. I have a question if anyone can give me the reply on it that would be great. Actually the question is for one of my friends.
1) After how many days a person can re-apply for Canadian visitor visa from Pakistan if first application gets rejected?
2) Can anyone apply for the visit visa from Pakistan online?

Any reply with proper information would be highly appreciated

a person can apply again if his status of applying changes. like if first when he applied he didn't have a job but now he does. whatever the rejection reasons were, he needs to prove them this time.
i dont think one can apply online.

I have heard from my friend that if some one wants to apply again after first attempt there should be 6 months difference. That means before 6 months you can not apply for the visit visa again from Pakistan. Is that true ?

I heard that too but I'm not really sure about this. Lets see what other members say on this.

Nope. not true. I have applied back to back.

hi all from a silent member. mine is a dec. 2010 case, file transfer to islamabad: jan. 2011. I got re-imm and re-pcc request in feb. 2012. but no re-med and ppr yet. so, does anyone here have a clue as to when i am likely to hear from CHC-I again? and are people with similar timelines getting any re-med. n ppr?

My timeline is somewhat similar to yours. My husband sent all his requested documents in March. Im really hoping we hear something from CIC in May. We have nothing else left to send them. Ball is in their court now

from july 2010 it is in process, im march 2010 case, from the very first day my case was written their in process

wen ur remedical expired and now they have askd u for third one, do u think that there was any technical issue due to which ur case is delayed
