Alhumdolillah!! Allah ki marzi se, aur sab logoun ki duaaoun se... Finally my wife got call from canadian high commission.

Caller asked her if my wife can travel to Canada within 10 days as her medial is about to expire.(Caller mentioned exact dates)
If not, she is going to send reMed letter. My wife wasnt expecting this at all and wasnt prepared; she asked her to send the reMed letter.
(Caller was female with american accent.)

That means your file was also transferred from CAIPS system GCMS system. So I would not worry to much about the 2013 BFD, can you please tell me what is the DUE DATE under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT in your GCMS notes.

You should recieve the Re-med soon, if they say they will send in coming days it means they realized that they need to send it out.

Yes you can get PPR before BFD, but as I said your file is no longer in CAIPS system so CAIPS's BFD might not apply to you anymore.

Under application assignment the date is 2012/1/25.

Canada has passed a new law that the no more consider immigrations or naturalized citizens of Canada humans ........... they think they imported some boxes or may be animals ............. its even worst than animals being treated ..........2.5 years for spousal case

Its been v long I haven't visited here..so after 17 months finally my husband heard something from CIC which was interview call and its done. Now a month and half is passed after his interview and we did not hear anything so far...Any Ideas what might be going on??? Should ordering Caips will help us??? Plz keep us in your duas and May Allah subhana watallah make it easy for all of us here waiting for so long

so I m not the only one...I wounder too what is that taking so long to process some cases...and some done so fast ...I wounder what kind of criteria they use...Does anybody know if They perform background checks after the interview or when the case is first open?

AOA, seems like the mishap of your cancelled re-meds could be the reason for this delay. I hope that you get the re-med with PPR InsaAllah!

Which email address are you using. Have you ever used the same email, or this is the first time you are sending email?

Thats why we are the only few left on this forum now, everyone else seems to have moved on.

I know there are many silent members how only come here to read, please when ever you know the answer to a question please take few minutes to answer it. And same goes to other experienced members who seems to have gone silent in last few weeks please make sure to answer questions...
