These guys are doing the same thing to me as well. According to my CAIPS and their email reply they sent my wife Re-med on FEB 18th by TCS. WE havn't received it yet. They are not replying to my emails or fax. Do you live in Karachi as well ?

ys xactly same case here,,, i m 4m peshawar,,bt hmny to yahan sary TCS and GPO records nikalwae,,,bt in dates py koi letter unko receive nai hua tha they evn ensure us k letter misplace ho he nai skta once it reaches 2 tcs office. i guess wo CHC sy issue he nai hue.bt issue hony me aur kitna time lagy ga?? so what are you thinking 2 do now???

last time caips me likha tha mistakenly file PA'D
file pe likh ke us ko storage men dal dia aur letter bheja he nahe
2.5 months ke baad unko yad aya k letter tou un ke pass he para hai, phr scan kr ke email kia and 2nd letter
re-medical letter us men bhi 47 days laga die phr jakr kahn second copy bheji

ok bhai heres my time line:

file transfer:17 aug 2010
supplementary forms,proof request:11 sep 2010
re PCC along with proof of financial support : 20 DEC 2011
re pcc and financial support forms were submitted :30 dec 2011
remed: waiting
PPR: waiting

with police request they said they are going to finalize my case.. but i ve not received remed yet,,
according to CAIPS everything is ok,marriage is also genuine,n they snt remed+ppr on 20th of feb,which i never received,,i just wanted to know what should i do now?As they are not replying my mails.. my husband is trying to approach MP there.is it the rite choice?

t.a we filed the case same day .........I am waiting for medical n PPR as well .......... talked to mp ...........she said that u file is in queue for review ...... and u will get medical call soon .........

Does anyone know IF you get a Visitors Visa for your spouse ... does it delay your process for sponsorship?

I think man u should go for visitors visa ........... it delays but till it delays u can at least live together ........... but on visitors visa jus remember you have to have medicals coverage for ur spouse otherwise it will cost tons ......in worst cases

I have a good news to share. I got PPR today through TCS an they asked mr to send back Passport along with two passport size pics with in 15 days.
Kindly guide me regarding the procedure of sending passport, like which courier service I should use etc.

okay husband have sent passport today by fedex ....

i just got a call from my MP office omg i dont even know why the F... i answered i had sent her a email 2 weeks ago regarding my husband case so she first of all dint even knew we got ppr and when i told her shes like good so now withing 3 - 4 months ur husband will be here with u like what are u kidding me ....

shes lsaid yeah when they receive ur passport they do a last cheek and doesn't mean that they have received ur medical report that its have been reviewed by the doc ....

so seriously my mood was super good and now im all grumpy :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-X :-X :-X :-X :-[ :-[ ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
