CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

So yeah my husband have sent out the rpcc and the imms forms last month and he faxed re-medical on the 23 feb ....
address haven't disappear since he got re-pcc ... last week i sent CHc email asking them the status of my case and whats going on today got a reply

So does any one know how much time before they ask my hubby passport :

Hard to say when exactly but PPR will come once his background checks are over. It could take anywhere from 45 days to 6 months depending on a few factors.

COngrats that means re-med is the re-medical examination for ur husband n Re-CCP form n then by next month or so u will get PPR

Thats good news for all January file transfers. Hopefully they will send out the first request along with Re-medical soon

they are 30 pages .....is that how many i was suppose to get?
most of it is repeated information
and also shows that .... they believe our marriage is real ....
and every time i e-mail them what they responded me with ....
and everything they check or updated my file
but it is so hard to understand ....
can any one help me understand the codes

I just got a call from John Mckay office, the lady is like
we emailed CHC-Isb

n they have said that they are working on Dec 2010 and Jan 2010 cases.
I asked five times is it jan 2011 or jan 2010 she said CHC has said jan 2010...??? im confused.

and she told me to wait till August 2012 and then all January cases will hear requests.

I am sure they meant to say DEC 2010 and January 2011. It was probably a typo and the lady is telling you what exactly CHC-Islamabad wrote in the email. I would take it as a sign for good things to come

lol you saw how excited i got for Happyface wen she got a reply from them...
but this lady jus killed ma mood. She always does this. I mean Wes bhai was a January 2010 case n his wife is wit him n so are other members.....

she is telling me to wait till August n from then we will see....



Still i have more FAITH n TRUST IN Allah(swt)
He will give us good news soon.

congrats !!! after remed is PPR.... and u will get visa within 1-2 months timeline if everything is good.

Are you sure its 03/02/2013 not 2012 ??

Sir, Your post is indeed very helpful. Can you please tell me if you are citizen or on PR status ?

I recently got my citizenship, a month ago, I was late by 6 months since I missed my first test. but I don't think it makes much of difference between PR and citizenship for sponsorship application. Wa'Allahu'Alam.
