Became-a-loner, it took about 3 months. In the reason 'visit to husband' was given. and it was clearly stated that we have already applied for PR

I also sent an email as a sponsor for current status of application, pointing out up coming expiration of remedical and calling out the pictures being of our wedding and reception. Hoping that may trigger something positive.

Do you can see any recent comments by IO on your file ?? Have any officer reviewed your file after you sent the documents... Because they will update CAIPS when some IO will view your proofs ..I think they havent yet reviewed that ..They have attached the proofs and moved your file to review queue by IO as you got the email.

And you can figure out that from the statement as well "Documents Received" and "reply sent to inquiry" nothing about the review of that proofs

Insurance papers sounds like ur last option to even provide them with anything. DO IT

we dont need financial support from each other because we both work...Immigration officer should understand this.......
i will work on Insurance thingi and try to do it

hi to all of you,

today i received letter from immigration that they do require immi forms filled out again+police certificate and also proff of our on going relation.they gave us 45 days to do it even though it took 2 weeks to receive this letter to me in canada and also i am surprised that they send it to me not my husb who is in pak.and they also said that if you did not required that info. then we may reject the application so, i am just worried why they said that so, what is going to happen next. i need your help if somebody can answer.
i applied in 24 oct2010,file transfer to pakistan in dec3,2010 since then this is first letter which they issued on feb12,2012.can i order caips now just to see .

This is my personal opinion that CHC has make a mistake. Instead of sending it to your husband they have sent it to you.

I sponsored my daughter in Apr.2010 from Islamabad got 9 months letter Me and my wife are living herein Canada as a PR. My second baby was born in Canada. But my daughter's case has been lingered by the ISB embassy as according to them, they have stretched the time to 26 months. I dont know why this time is applicable on my application?

As We are in trouble as my wife have to shuttle from Canada to Pak. atleast twice aa year, therefore I am considering to apply TRV for my daughter, is any body could help me to let me know how to proceed and how much time will they take to complete the process.

Yes it is not normal to get the letter in Canada, this should have been sent to your husband in Pakistan. Perhaps there was some issue with the address, which also explain the delay. Log in online with your husbands info to check if they have his complete address.

But beside that, you and your husband should get all the required documents ready in time. For the last line where they say if you do not submit the required documents they may reject the file, thats just to make sure people take the deadline seriously. They wrote that to me too. Just make sure you get everything in order in time. And dont worry about anything.

Also you can order caips anytime you want, it does not effect your file. You can request them now, and I suggest you also get them few weeks after you submit the new docs to make sure did everything properly. I hope this helps.

that was written in my caips report plus i got an email from CHC-I that re-medical was sent on 1st FEB

Just send the money for the hack-of-it (immigration process) to gather proofs; you or hubby doesnt necessarily "need support".
Amount doesnt have to be big; as long as you send them every few months
I even sent spkype chat logs and screen shots. I dont know if they accept skype screen shots but i sent it newayz.
