My aunt is 10 years older than my uncle and uncle looks like an old man and my aunt looks amazing she is 60
In Canada age is not a factor, many white women dating men have their age so CHC shouldnt be using this excuse
it was probably the stupid local pakistani officer who noted this point down for sure.

thanks for ur reply once again, i have another question to ask...if u recall earlier i posted that when i sent chc isb email last month they said that file was in cue for review with decision making officer and when i sent email this month they said it was in cue for review with immigration officer...and i was panicking but u mentioned that u rec'd a similar reply...from them...and u said that its probably bcuz my file is moving forward...

so my questoin is...after u received that particular reply from them..how long did it take for u to recevie ur ppr??? after that reply...

What I have learned on the forum is PCC are valid for one year irrespective of of date on them. However they may ask it any time depends on IO. Normally they dont ask for third PCC.

Secondly its normal if your file moves from decision making officer to IO. As IO is the one who makes and issues PPR or other letters.

On 7th they got that on 8th they stamped visa on 10th it was on your dooor. GOSH !!!!!!!! Here are people who are getting that in months

yea because she was younger than her husband... in our culture its ok if wife is even 20 years younger than husband but if wife is 1 year older than hubby they create prb... but i dont understand k VOs are Canadians so it shouldnt be a matter to them hmmm

Problem starts when our Pakistani employees working in chc educate them regarding our customs and our religion. Otherwise they would not care as there are all sorts of age difference between husband and wife when it comes to western society, but because in our society back home it is kind of an insult to a guy that why did he wedd to someone older. please don't be so alarmed but this is the kind of perception goes on in Pakistan and once the immigration officer is informed about those custom they tend to question accordingly or think it may be a marriage of convenience unless there are children to proove that the marriage is legit or they may call for interview.
I know one case where someone got married after a month of divorce and chc rejected that application stating that a women are not allowed to get married untill the certain Iddat period is over. So you can imagine that they are just looking for any reason to reject the case. There was an other case in the court here in toronto regarding a muslim man drunk driving and he was asked that is that not prohibited in islam to drink. so these kind of questions do pop up here and there but as long as the marriage is legit, they can only delay those cases but they won't be able to do much against that Inshaallah.
