I have news to share. I applied for my wife in December 2010. Exactly after one yr, that is in first week of january she received re-medical request. I hope she receives ppr soon. Just sharing this to let everyone know that for me the time line wasnt that bad, hope all of you hear some good news soon.

Congrats, do you mind sharing the marriage type........ engagement with proof before marriage, complete marriage with honeymoon, any voluntary proof submitted since application is file or post marriage visit to Pakistan which helped your case......Good luck with PPR

it was a full marriage. No engagement. And no proofs were submitted voluntarily. Pictures of all wedding events and honeymoon were provided with the application package.

Wife just recieved her Passport back with visa today, her address disappeared on Dec 22nd and visa stamped on Jan 5th,2012.

For those applying for CAIPS, forms have been updated. Please do not use old links with older forms. I applied this time again with same form I used last time, but they sent it back saying to submit IMM5476 instead of IMM5475.

Hey Guys,

Does anyone after you receive you re-pcc, imm forms and proofs in one letter and in another letter they ask you to do remedical. After submission of everything does anybody know how long after do we get the passport request letter and after how long does the passport comes back to us with visa?
