MY SON IS TWO MONTHS NOW NOT SIN HEHEHEH

Congratulation Maya85, I wish you and your husband both a good Luck and take care of the little baby..... It's a good idea to take the baby to paksitan and let the baby meet the grandparents and then you can come back with your husband. My daughter is 11 months old and i am hopefully going to paksitan in April and hoping to come back with husband as well becasue i am sure he is about to get his PPR very soon like with in a week or two. As i mentioned on the last few pages that i had recieved an e-mail from jason kenney's office that my husband's file is almost completed and the embassy is going to contact him soon. So please everyone wish me a luck and i want to see my husband so badly, i haven't see him since sept 2009. I miss him alot.......

In my personal opinion, If your spouse is residing with you that makes for a strong proof of genuine relation which they are looking for but they are also looking for an intent to live in Canada. So anything that ties you back to Canada. i.e job, study, home etc which makes it necessary for the sponsor to return after a while. It's a balancing act. Again, this is my personal opinion only.

It hasn't expired yet my husband sent his application later. i didn't submit the medical with my application. It is still valid until May this year.

hi my wife is sponsoring me she is living in Canada.by birth..and i live in Pakistan.when the marriage certificate (nikah nama)had written. in marriage certificate where is the option bride address...there we wrote the Pakistani address which address is her aunt address .because the mulana says if you write the Canada address this marriage certificate has not registered in Pakistan..that's why we wrote the Pakistan address in bride address.but now people says that you had to wrote the bride address in bride address option in marriage certificate...and we have also registered a marriage certificate both Urdu marriage certificate and English which is the translate in English from Urdu original marriage certificate has registerd from union conceal and ministry of foreign affairs..when marriage had been done...
if we do again wrote the marriage certificate (nikah nama) first of all we need to remove the previous address from govt and foreign affairs and union conceal,and collect the all person for signature who is there at the time of marriage this is a long process and it take much time..

i want to know that if i submit this marriage certificate as it is!! could it create problem??and it create any objections for my case??
if any one has know about it then please help me..
