hi mera khud spouse sponsorship ka case chal raha hai isi mei 5 months ho gaye hein...but i want to share my parents are sponsored by elder bro ....within 3 months they requested for more documents then medical or today they got passport request.....so here just i want to share just pray tht they open ur files if they do then u will get early response from b/c they really speed up their procedure.....keep ur finger cross & pray..

Hi guys i was a silent reader on this forum for a along time...i just wanted to share some good news with u guys....today my husband got a request for re-medical...our AOR is oct 3, 2010...i also had one conserne though... they never requested re-PPC...is that ok??? this is the 1st time they are contacting us since our AOR

Waqarcan,Yours is Nikkah case or complete Rukhsati ? Is there any travelling history ?

Mine is full rukhshati and no travelling history. I have spend almost half of my life here in Canada and taxes paid in dollars amounts to a few hundred thousands dollars and yet see the treatment I am getting from the governement.... I am really Disappointed to say the least.

Oh man, waqar bhai... your post made me scared!! With such a straightforward case, they should have completed it in record time. TWO YEARS and the case is still going on. Brother, May Allah give you patience and give you good news very soon. Ameen.

parental visas have been a priority for few months ........... its easier for them to issue parental visa opposed to spousal from Pakistan ........ parents and grand parents are not a security threat, no need for relationship genuineness scrutiny required ..... and while suspending the parental immigration sponsorship for two years Minister also transferred the quota from spouses and dependent children to parents for 2012

tht is too bad i know how it feels, feeling like you have done a lot for canada and still they keep you seperate from your spouse, and really put all of our lives on hold. My family orginates in canada like natives are my ansestors, and i was born and spent my whole life in canada doing volunteer work getting mayors youth award as well as pay taxes and they dont show any finishing my case. i really hope your case finishes maybe try emailing the immigration minister if you havnt already just google jasnson keeney and gives you his phone number and email. i tried calling but his secretary told me to email him. i hoppe he can help you

WIth the grace of ALLAH Almighty, my wife got her passport back after 2 weeks. The visa was stamped 2nd day after they receive the passport, but took them nearly 2 weeks to arrange delivery. So finally the painful and one of the darkest time of my life is over. During the whole process I was watching very carefully the progress of the case by ordering the CAIPS every month. The take 20 months to finalize just because of the slow procedure and lenghty intervals between bring forward dates.
