my husband sent an update as well in mail from PK but they got the mail and placed on file but never updated the web with it yet.

my husband sent an update as well in mail from PK but they got the mail and placed on file but never updated the web with it yet.

He sent it in late august and I know because I recently received CAIPS notes and it says they received that mail my husband sent and placed it on file. But when I checked the web site address of husband its still same and has not been updated to the new one.
