Im Back again sorry I WAS AWAY...
Well i have purchased some very pretty and expensive dress i hope she will like them.But i want something special like BLACK BERRYY TORCH or jewlarry or MAY Be a LOVE LETTER.its NOt matter of cost.its just about something she always remeber....

You can apply from another country if you have lived there for a year or more continously (i.e. Student VISA or Work permit not as a visitors) You have to have a valid address in that country and a valid VISA for that country so incase you are called for an interview you can attend the interview. If you can't attend the interview your application is void.

Thank you Wes and July 2010...That's what I thought aswell that I need to be in another country with either a work permit or student visa...but I am not sure..If what Mr Wes has said is correct thn I might be able to have it processed in buffalo office cuz ive lived in US for more thn a year on work permit and still hold visa in case i need to attend interview, also have my family living there to have a valid address...I guess I should try to find out more about this..lets see what happens.
