that's correct...he didn't recieve ppr in mail but a request to do re-pcc.

i think he got the re-pcc not the ppr but i am not sure

sundus r u talking about the list posted by wesbro.. tht list is for people who got their remeds done and r waiting for ppr. u can ask wesbro to add ur name to it, if ur hubby got his remed request too.
My husband is a MARCH 2010 AOR dear, but we r still not in that list becuz we don have our remed request yet

Yeah you can apply for her visit visa but dont be surprised if it doesnt go through because a good 90% dont get it. But there are a couple examples of people who did get a visit visa if they had a good job and reasons to come back home. But applying for it wont hurt and It will make your case stronger that you tried to have her visit you.

There were a couple nikah cases that did not get objections but most of the nikah cases were had a lot of delay and had to perform rukhsati eventually to satisfy the VOs. You will also need to collect a lot more proofs than the rukhsati cases for keeping in touch with your spouse before and after and all of that stuff.
