Without meaning offence to anyone, I think Pakistan should stop comparing themselves to India. I admit there are many fraudulent cases from India and what you say about India is true. I agree to every single one of them. Nobody says you have to like India. Screw India!

But what you guys really need to do is grow up and change your attitude. Do not limit your possibilities like this. Its time to look at your country in its individuality and see where it stands. What you have achieved already & what you would like to achieve. Stop using India as a yardstick. Instead start believing in yourself! Every country is capable of greatness & more so Pakistan because it has Islam as its best guidance.

If tomorrow, India's timeline changes to 25 months and Pakistan's remains at 24 that would make you happy doesnt it? We are a month ahead, you would be proud. No! You are capable of being at 6 months, have you thought of it that way?? Why confine yourself this way with India as your orbit? There are endless opportunities out there...Unless and until you stop the comparison game, you will not be able to look at your strengths & weaknesses, and grow as a country.

The mention of fraud immediately brought up India's name. At this rate, the people at the New Delhi thread should be dancing in joy that Pakistan's timeline is 24 months and we are only at 6! But know what, nobody cares! India has moved on. Yes, there are still elements in the society that are bad. But its really time to move on...

10/10!! I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! We need to grow up and understand our issues, without comparing our problems to that of a nation which has a huger population, and a longer history than us. Spousal timeline apni jagah, its not that we're just facing one problem. For all those comparing the timelines, they'll probably even complain that Indians get more jobs or better paying jobs than Pakistanis- not bothering to compare their level of education or their hardworking attitude. Lets face it, Pakistani's are much more lazy and messed up than any other country-and by 'messed up' I mean lacking the sense of judgement, and being a jazbaati qaum in general...The whole ideology of Pakistan was based on faith, and faith alone- a seperate state for Muslims...and with our current government and politicians, trust me, its probably just surviving on faith too

I really condemn once again the long time of spouse visa for Pakistanis because it is the violation of human rights....

long processing times cannot be justified any way particularly for spouses, whether they belong to pakistan or kenya...it should be same for all countries..

Bhayee only 3rd world countries mostly requires visas- im not just talking about immigration but visit visas etc in general. Baakiyon ko to visa chahiye he nahi! And those which do require visas (kenya, pakistan, afghanistan, india etc) sab fraud cases kartey he wohi hain- because since fraud cases itney hain, the method of obtaining a simple thing has lots of hurdles- and in order to cross the hurdles, there are more fraud cases....its a vicious circle

Why are we discussing India and Pakistan here? If we can spend our lives with foreign Gora's and other ppl than why exactly do we hate on each other? We have same color, pretty much same language and same culture. Religion is a difference (though India also has a large Muslim population) but the same difference is present when we immigrate to any other foreign land and consider it our homeland from then? Why can't we respect each others' beliefs and treat each other fair? Why even compare ourselves with each other?

For those who are complaining that India has a shorter processing time than Pakistan, guess what? There are several other countries that have even shorter processing timings than India...if you are upset than be upset pointing at all of them... :-\

We curse and use swear words for our own forefathers. I have met people who use foul language when they talk of Quaid-e-Azam, Allama Iqbal etc. An indian would never cuss mahatma ghandi or Nehru.

Ya know the street where Mittal (UK's richest man) lives? I used to walk on that street and the biggest and most impressive house on that road had a Pakistani flag risen on it. It "was" the house of our Quaid-e-Azam. Imagine walking on a road in a foreign land and watching your country's flag on the biggest house, made me proud.

However, that moment ended in 2006 when our politicians sold the house to God knows who. Ya know that Nehru's dorm room at his university residence has been preserved the same way he left it? That is because Indians are patriots. We are no one, we don't have an identity; we sold our most invaluable piece of heritage!!!

Friends CHC ki tention pehle thori hy and now we started this political discussion & comparison. More we discuss about this more we feel morally bad.
But more we talk about CHC more we feel tense free and day pass fast by reading CHC +/- feedback from members and feel encourgment that we are all standing in a Q, a step ahead, a step back and feel good when one share good news as tomorrow it could be me to share good news to other's for motivation. So please......
