If you are sponsor you can do it online .......... log on on e-case using the client ID which Mississauga office sent you ........ it takes them about two to three weeks to update your online status ............. the address has to be in Canada .............. if you are sponsored spouse then you need to write a letter for change of address to CHC-ISB, send it by mail and fax it as well if you wish to

2 months back, i shifted to another home...i emailed CHC_I to inform about change in address. I got a reply in which I was asked to send a signed letter through fax or post mentioning all required information.

I opted fax to send my letter with my signatures...because i was so furious at that time regarding the prolong processing times and inefficiency of CHC and did not want to spend 600 rupees on TCS to let them inform about my postal address which is subject to change again..in coming days..... :

here was content of email sent by CHC, hope it helps:

This is in response to your email (see below) regarding a change in your mailing address for your immigration application.
If you would like us to make a change of address on your application, or for our office to re-send mail that you have failed to receive, you must submit your address with an original signature. We cannot accept this new contact information by email; this is to ensure the security of your documents and personal information.
Please send us a signed fax or a signed letter (see fax number and address below) with the following information:

your original request to change your mailing address,
the full name of applicant and original signature,
the applicant's date of birth,
the file number [letter followed by a nine-digit number],
telephone number, including area code,
fax number, including area code,
the mailing address, and
a return fax number and/or e-mail address (if available)

Please do not send any new address information by email. As we require your signature on this information, kindly note that your current mailing address stands unchanged and this email has been deleted.

Medical or re-medical? For re-medical one usually gets a page with the re-med request, with the names, address and contacts of all the DMPs. Where are you based?
