I think the PHEP letter is the official term for a PPR

I dont mean to get your hopes high up, but inshallah, to me this looks like a PPR Hope wes and the others can add their bit!

this notes is written on on 28th july 2011
says

MEDS HAVE BEEN EXPIRED.PHEP LTR PREPARED AND PLACES ON FILE.

then it says

REG: PLS ISSUE MED AND SEND PHEP ALONG.THANKS ...this is on 2nd aug 2011

Thats what I am thinking now too, it could be a remedical +PPR together. Are you 100% sure that the medicals are not expired? If you are then what day do you think it will expire I am just trying to calculate how many days they have after the next BFD until the meds expired..
