pleaes who ever got the ppr request need help.

thy sent me a form to fill out. on the first page it says fill out the details for applicant, spouse and dependent children. my question is, since my husband has applied for me and all my other children are canadian national by birth so should i write the details of my husband and children in there or leave it blank since they are not applying for permanent residense

You are the ONLY applicant, and You only need to fill out YOUR information. N/A the rest...

Advice required on letter from ISB - Missing personal history

Hello guys,

seems like a very knowledgable group of people on this forum. I need your advice on how to respond. The reason for a gap in my wifes' personal history (4 months) is purely oversight and a mistake, she was at home preparing for her college entrance exams.

I received this letter from immigration officials asking me to fill out the necessary gaps in personal history in form IMM Section 0008 Question 11.

My concern is in the wording of this letter specifically the use of the words in the first paragraph and the last paragraph.

*** Letter from immigration Canada ***

This refers to your application for permanent resident in Canada. Your application for permanent resident visa has been reviewed. It appears you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Based on the information with your application, it appears you may not meet the requirement of section subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act which states ..

.....

To be procedurally fair, before a final decision is made on your application, you are being given an opportunity to respond to these concerns and as well any further information within 45 days from the date you receive this letter ..
...

Does this imply they have a negative decision lined up for me ?

• Should I just fill out the IMM0008 application form and send them the missing dates only?
• Is it a good idea to send my valima and honey moon pictures along with this?

What is your time line?
1. I would recommend to fill the IMM 008 form refilled completely with caution and correct dates
2. It would be agood idea to to send as many quality proofs as possible specially phone log/bills and pictures. It also helps at times to establish that your family relations with your wife and her family relations with your self through pictures are very strong. They place great emphasis on the fact that the marriage is widely known in the social circles
3. Sendign financial support receipt will also be good
