Wait .. Did you say your PCC expires on July 26?

Police clearence certificate is good for one year from the date of issue. So did you get the PCC made on July 26, 2010?

Even if it expires on July 26, 2011, just wait for them to request you to get another one. I don't think they would request it but don't send anything voluntraily to CHC-M.

Depends on the city bro, frOm Karachi they are only good for 6 months and I know from some districts its only good for 3 months so it really depends where you are from..

So finally I decided to send an email from my wife' email address since they weren't replying to mine for the last two times I tried. And this is what they sent:


Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. Medical examination results have been received and are valid till June 2012.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

So exactly about a month now and they have received the medical results...

Depends on the city bro, frOm Karachi they are only good for 6 months and I know from some districts its only good for 3 months so it really depends where you are from..

Sister ... I know what you are going through. My wife is going through the same questions. She used to get ticked off when people would ask these silly questions. Now if someone asks her these questions, she tells them to pray for her. This way they get the message and don't bother asking her the same questions again and again.

There is this cousin of my dad who lives in Canada. Every time he comes to my house, he asks me "Case Kahan tak pohancha?" .. The first couple of times I explained to him that it takes time and even 2 years in some cases. After that whenever he asks me this question, I tell him "Karachi Airport tak pohancha hai" .. this shuts him up for a few weeks... LOL

Friends, is any from Karachi, receive PPR from normail mail. Do Islamabad use normal mail to send PPR in Karachi.?

June 28th -- Supplementary forms and Police Certificate request.
July 12th -- Re medical Request.
