Hi All !
My friend is a June 2010 AOR. Received her re-medical request on 1st June 2011 and PPR day before yesterday !  So happy for all of you who got the PPR and re-med request !
Is there anyone on this forum from Jan 2010 –July 2010 who is left for re-med and PPR???!

As far as I remember, this form is a part of the application package. Did you not fill out this form before ?


Its possible that if you missed this form or filled it incorrectly (i.e. Didn't write Not Applicable in certain sections and left them empty) then they are asking you to do it again. Or it could just be they want updated information since the time you applied.

I am a bit disappointed as I was really hoping that Wes bhai's wife gets her PPR. But i guess its going to be soon InshAllah.

you have to fill this form once they request to submit it, When we were receiving AOR they sent us this form to submit at that time,since there are no AOR these days so may be they will ask about it at later stage.
You cannot send this form on your own as u also need your file number to mention on it, so just wait until they ask u to send it.

hey just got to know from one of my relatives that candian embassy in Islamabad is shutting down for 6 months ! I hope this is just a rumor ! I want you to confirm this news ..especially the members who have direct links in the embassy !! Please confirm asap !!!!! I'm really worried
