And yet again my wife's address & phone# has disappeared from the CIC website application status page. Everytime this happens she receives a request letter after a week or so. I hope they are requesting her PPR letter this time

Can everyone who recently went through remedical check the online status and see if this is happening to them aswell or just me. Make sure you check the status using "APPLICANTS" info and NOT the "sponsor's" Lets figure this out and solve this puzzle.

Hey Wes786, my wife's too address has disappeared. And just like u said, everytime this has happened she has received some request like IMM forms and remedical. Hopefully, it is PPR for the both of us. Ameen.

How many days the visa is valid for to enter canada, in other words the spousal visa stamped how many months of expiry does it normally have?

I believe visa is generally good until the expiry date of the medical, which will be at most 1 year and less depending on the date medical associated to visa expires.

Medical Expiry or Passport's Expiry whichever is less.

Pretty sure now that bestplace4u confirmed medical is only good for 1 year max, so visa will never be valid longer than that, however, like bestplace4u mentions, if Passport expires before medical, then visa will expire then.

Depends on case to case, my spouse remedical was done in January 2011, and still no PPR.

I hope you get good news.... i am just wondering how are you able to see the status of your application because when i log on to cic. i could only see my status up until my application left to Islamabad....
i wanna see my status too please help....
