i hve a Q about.. where do we inform about the adress chanage for sponsor person? in chc-isb or here in canada?
thx
I think permanent Residents must stay in Canada during the processing of there sponsorship application.mamoo said:Hi:
Can anyone guide me how long one can stay out of Canada after filing sponsorship being Permanent Resident.
If the address change is for the sponsor (person in Canada), then there is an option on CIC website using your Client ID where you go to check status of the application. If the address change is for the person being sponsored (person in Pakistan), then you must contact Islamabad using email or phone service.wating4u said:hey guys...no gud news yet ths year is almost over

You cant change it through Email or Phone if u want to change address in Pakistan of Applicant. I have done this recently.. I contacted CHC-ISB through email and asked them to update my new mailing address, they denied to do and asked me to send fax/letter with details like;wes786 said:If the address change is for the sponsor (person in Canada), then there is an option on CIC website using your Client ID where you go to check status of the application. It actually depends on the university you have attended in Pakistan.
For example, I specifically went to the University of Toronto to find out if they would accept my husband's degree here. He has a BsCs from Hazara University (Abbottabad) and YES his degree is recognized here.
So go to their website and you can probably find out by emailing them too!
