yes immigration forms which u have already filled at the time when u filed the case plus supplementary form the one which u filled at the time of AOR we all received them once again with 45 days to comply.

You have to send nothing. Your DMP will send the documents of your medical examination on your behalf

Well after re-med they will send the results to India and usually Islamabad gets those results in 4 weeks so to get your passport back about 1-1.5 month based on what we have seen with past few cases recently. InshAllah you only have a little wait to go now ;D
