If you were there in Canada with refugee status wasn't there a way to go with inland coz that hardly takes few months

no wife will be applying for her PR from Canada but for husband its gonna be outland i guess....what is PCC?

But your file is in review not initial review right?
if you Aor is b4 Apr 2010 then U would be able to see some activity on your file in CAIPS
am Mar 2010 Aor and got CAIPS on 1st week of April 2011 it was worth it I could see officer's comments and progress and then I ordered again in last week of April 2011
well even if it doesn't have much info 5$ is nothing to know your bring forward date

as the wife wasnt eligible for applying for her PR
and the husband has beendeported to pakistan after failing the refugee claim.

yes we did consult and the lawyer suggested dat we get married as our relationship was already 2 years long...
we hvnt consulted any lawyer for how to fill up our application yet....usually de are very expencive
