That means re-medical & besides original docs return. So the case is still at CHC Islamabad not transferred to CHC London. This is ridiculuous that CHC Islamabad hold the case for whole one year and now ask for re-medical.

This has happened with a lot of applicants applied from Islamabad and have already done the medicals.

yes you are right also pathetic, i am in same situation lets see what they do with me mine also not sent to London as London told me in email.

as I remember your original docs were not returned in PA, mine returned in PA but after the birth of child in November 2009 they asked me the original birth certificate CRC,FRC etc. and never returned to me should i ask them or will they return?did u get response from Islamabad "As of April' b4?

i received this reply yesterday, they told me to to send us enquiry after nov 2010

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London. The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.

We, the Islamabad Office, are not updating your file or adding any information to your file in response to your email.

However, the information below may be useful to you:

If you have received instructions from our office in Islamabad to submit documents, please submit the documents to our mission in Islamabad as instructed.

If you have received instructions from CIO Sydney to submit your application package, please submit these documents to our mission in London. If you have already submitted your application package to Islamabad, then Islamabad will automatically forward this on to London.

If you are enquiring if your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that the London Office will contact you when they are in a position to begin processing your application. We regret that neither our office nor London office is able to provide status updates at this time. You may wish to resend your enquiry after November 2010 to the London Office.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

I just asked my status and told them that my medicals are going to expire. then i asked for my originals in responce they send me this mail on 13-01-2011.

I never received this responce As of April' b4?

I think they just send you a standerd reply (As for as i concern it means nothing) you should wait for an other 15 days and send them a letter about your concerns

@ Ramesch: dear when did CHC ISB called you for photos and did you send them ?

CIC called me on 06-01-2011 and asked for fresh photo's of all family members, which i sent them on
09-01-2011.

I asked the lady about status of my case and why they are asking for photo's. She replied that, my case is still in Iba and they are going to issue re-medical request -- for which fresh photo's are required.

Now waiting for re-med call.

Hello All,

Mine medical going to expire on 20th Jan 2011, I did my nd my family medical in 20th Jan 2010 and in First week of Feb 2010, they send me letter for some extra tests of my self, and this send on 26 Feb 2010, I have written the email to CHC Islbd on 1st week of dec about my case status, but the reply is same generatic " as of April 2010 etc....." again I emailed to Islbd on 20th Dec that iam ready to fly before my medical expiry, but there is no reply, on 10th Jan 2011, i emailed to CHC LDN and ask them about my case status, they reply me on 12 Jan 2011,

"The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway. Our office has not yet received your application. However, the transfer of files from Islamabad is still ongoing"

it means my case is at Islbd. They also written that if you do not receievd reply from us you can email us after Feb 2011. Any body knows that my mediacal will be expire on 20 Jan or 26 Feb 2011.
