I need your help/suggestion on below matter of my friend


On Sat Feb 25, 2012 he received a phone call followed by Email from CHC islamabad informing him there was a gap of 3 month & 5 months in(personal history section) form filled by him & his spouse so he have to submit Personal History section Again from Schedule A Background Declaration form
Since from the start of his application, he have submitted Schedule A form couple of times with the same information (missing gap was of waiting of addmision / result)

He submitted the required information via email within two hours and also sent the updated Schedule A form via TCS
His question is that in the request letter , He was given 15 days to response/provide the required information
Now when will they (CHC ISB) work /open his file again ?
(A) when they got the required information
(B) When the 15 days limits ends

Remedical expires on 12 July 2012

It is very hard to understand that when your background checks are underway then why your application is in process to review by any immigration officer , it is simply contradiction , isn't , but we can't do nothing

I received same call and email, regarding missing of some period in my history. I immediately mailed, faxed and emailed. After 2 months I received PPR just 11 days before expiry of second medical.

I safely landed in Toronto on 2-Mar {Friday}. Thanks Almightly Allah for fulfuling my dream. I took PIA's one-stop flight via Islamabad to Toronto, which is of 18 hours. Immigration and Customs went smooth. I am staying at my brother's place at Mississauga. Have applied for SIN card, opened Bank account with CIBC {one year free account for new immigrants} and working on children's admission to school. Since I landed last Friday, weather is getting colder & colder, with temperature dropping to -8 with light snow fall. So far so good.
