hardeep, ya u can try re-applying and even get visa this time but make sure that u get the refusal letter first and understand the reasons. sometimes, people are rejected due to major errors in application or due to lack of documents and consultants want to hide their mistakes which resulted in refusal.

my relative filed immi case through consultant but was refused, i asked him to get his file so i could help him. and believe me there were blunders in the application form which resulted in whole of his education and personal details effed up.

ask your consultant to hand over your file to you.

first review the old file and find flaws in it + analyze (sorry of my low spelling knowledge) the reasons given in the refusal letter. these consultants are not worth ****.

i applied on my own and represented my case in the best way I could.

yes, u can try applying this time, try out your luck if going this term is very important to you. other advice will be based on refusal reasons so first update the reasons which are mentioned in the refusal letter. @ Hardeep... Did you apply under SPP??? If yes, you will have to re-apply under general.... download the general checklist and accumulate the additional documents as required....

I think your case was due to visa officers mood. If you feel your friends got visa for the same course with same background, you should apply again . I wish you all the best.

I got refusal today due to course mismatch...

my course is EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
It require two major subjects - BIOLOGY AND ENGLISH
I done my 12th with 72% overall marks IN MEDICAL SCIENCE
BIOLOGY - 75 MARKS OVER 100
ENGLISH - 62 MARKS OVER 75
PLEASE HELP ME MEMBERS..WHERE I WAS WRONG

Again, your IELTS scores are too low. You need to strengthen your English skills and retake the test.

I'm going to be really honest with you. It's very clear to me from your posts to this forum that your English language skills are not strong enough to attend university in Canada. Canadian university courses are demanding and they aren't going to give you a break just because English isn't your first language. Even if you were approved for the study permit, I think right now you would really struggle being successful as a university student in Canada and would find it very difficult to keep up. If you want to be successful, it would be in your best interest to take an additional year to really strengthen your English skills before applying again.
