I was told by few of my known who already are PR holder, that CHC do physical inquiries only if the applicant shows currently employed. Is this true? If the applicant has already left the employer then most probably no physical inquiry will take place. Only telephonic or email inquiry.

I worked for two years+1 month and now I'm doing freelancing with a friend from his own id. How am I gonna show this as employed? and also What if I show them that I'm currently unemployed bcoz I'm filing for my application. I'm thinking of showing unemployed bcoz I've to undergo a treatment for some skin problem where I've to visit doctor frequently that too out of my hometown? Will this be a problem? I'm told by doctors that this kinda treatment isn't going to affect my medicals.
