1. Almost always these nefarious agents have tie up with "low grade" college (lets say a diploma mill!). 2. Its very easy to get admission via such agency mostly in some strange courses like "Aviation Management Extraordinary Technician Diploma with Advanced Standing " from some cheap and freakin college.
3. But just imagine what the value of that diploma which cant help you in getting a job in Canada specially at a time of downward economy. If we only want to get into Canada by "any mean", then certainly its not going to help us. Use your logic, and search for skill shortages in Canada then apply according to that.
