Avoided the irrelevant talks and came back home.. ..

Where were you? There were just couple of guys waiting outside and applied for the PR I guess.

Process will be same. But the application wont have any connection to VFS. So passport receival may be through some other way like collecting from embassy or embassy may be sending it directly..
