This thread was great in informing the processing time. So I thought to do little bit of my contribution.
My younger sister get visa today. Below was her timeline

Applied at vfs on 31st july
Chc Chandigarh confirm the same on 1st August

Applied under SPP
ielts;: 6.5 ( no less than 6 in any subject)

Email received with information of study permit approved on 13th august
status updated with processed Passports in VFS center for collection on 13th august.

She is joining Humber college . By the way myself & my other sibling are citizen of Canada. She was only one left out in india.

. Don't misled others with false information. CHC never post such message of STUDY VISA APPROVED. They only mention Visa appl processed and PP released. OK
