Hi friends. I need some info.

I applied for student visa 26th July. on 6th I received a request from NDVO for submission of passport. But I already submitted my passport for PR application. that was mentioned in my application. I mailed them three times stating ''My passport is thr with embassy which i send for PR application''. But thr is no reply since last 7 days. I am only getting read receipt of my mail from embassy. thats it. nothing more..

How did u received ur passport. through which courier.? after submitting passport how many days it took.?

This thread was great in informing the processing time. So I thought to do little bit of my contribution.
My younger sister get visa today. Below was her timeline

Applied at vfs on 31st july
Chc Chandigarh confirm the same on 1st August

Applied under SPP
ielts;: 6.5 ( no less than 6 in any subject)

Email received with information of study permit approved on 13th august
status updated with processed Passports in VFS center for collection on 13th august.

She is joining Humber college . By the way myself & my other sibling are citizen of Canada. She was only one left out in india.
