one of my friend currently in Delhi , but from Punjab applied to CHC Delhi and got the VISA within 8 days.So, you can apply I think....

Can I take my file back to reapply in Delhi.... :

if your residence falls in Punjab hp hr or Chd then ur case will be only processed in Chandigarh. rest all states go with Delhi.

i have got the news through one of my contact in vfs chandigarh that the VO's have started working from today . but there are large numbers of pending applications so those who have applied in june end can wait till july end

I am waiting since 22nd May.. .. Still No response from Chandigarh Consulate.. ..

No response yet from Embassy.. ..

Even I sent them a case specific enquiry around 10 days back, but there is no response.

I have seen applicants are getting visa from Delhi in 2-3 days too.

Saw a guy who posted this in his thread.. applied for visa on 2nd July --- Got email on 5th July - Visa Approved..

Nope my waiting period starts from day,, just filed my case today. Hope to see Visa sticker soon on passport. hehe

in btw try to be positive. there are so many peeps on this forum who reflects negative vibes. just ignore and try to induldge urself in any activity that keep u busy like goin out with friends, gym etc etc it realy helps.
