Hi,

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from India, will this be considered as "professional degree" & am i eligible for 126 points?

No charted accountants from India are evaluated as Bachelors by wes. You will score only 120 points under express entry if you are applying single. It won't even be treated as two or more post secondary......
 
If I apply for ECA for both BCom and CA, will it get evaluated as 2 4 year degrees or just one. Does it make sense to apply for both qualifications or just one.
 
All these professional licenses, Accountant, Actuarial, Engineer is not an academic education, and has no place in Education points in CRS (Only your bachelor counts). This is different from Law or MD degree, where they are academic degrees.
