that depends on your degree and how you studied.
 
Both are full time. We used to have bcom classes in morning nd articleship training in afternoon hrs for CA.
Can we give both as full time courses?
isn't CA a certification in this case? since you didn't have courses?
 
I got both evaluated from WES... Both are recognized as bachelor's degree. My only concern is whether I should declare both as full time courses or not?

is you application accepted and processed? did you write anything for it in the letter of explanation or any comment anywhere as to how are two courses full time?
I haven't applied yet but discussed with my cosultant, they said it's fine nd no need to explain
