I have got my Canada Student Visa about a week ago. But the problem is now I don't want to read in my current university, so if I go there 4 months later and join another university is thia going to be a problem for me?

Someone please help me with this matter. I'm in a big trouble.

Read my reply above. You need a new study permit for the new university.
Entering 4 months late may be interptred as you having no wish to study in the original uni. You may face big trouble entering Canada.
