Changing Spouse info after receiving ITA

Hello all,
My apologies in advance if this topic was covered. I have two urgent questions before I complete the e-APR. I am the principal applicant and spouse is coming as dependent.
1. My spouse has an aunt/uncle in Canada. In the EE profile we indicated yes in the spouse section to "if spouse has any relative" question. Spouse still has real aunt as a Canadian citizen. However , given some family issues it will not be possible to get the documents from Aunt . If I change the option to "no" now while completing the e-APR, will it affect the application ?
2.My spouse has a work experience from different companies (all from outside of Canada) it seems that we will not be able to get the proof from all of the companies being in a different country now. If we remove those companies from the work history of spouse will it affect the application.
Do I still have to get all the experience letters for spouse ( none of the company is from Canada). Will it be a misrepresentation if we make above said changes in the e-APR.
I feel Its important to mention ,( it seems) that we are not getting any points for above two factors as indicated in the ITA points breakdown.
I will really appreciate your answers and insights into the issue.
Thanks

1 - It could affect your eligibility if you're a FSW applicant.
2 - No effect if you remove it from the work history but you must state those employments in the personal history section.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply.
Please excuse my ignorance,I have applied under skilled immigrants category under Express entry system . I believe that is FSW, but there was no section of calculation for 100 points (while making the EE profile)which I believe requires 67 points to qualify for FSW and when you achieve a score of 67 then you go to the express entry pool and given CRS score based on the profile. ( there is still confusion about this, please correct if I am wrong)

I researched more and found that you do get 5 points for adaptability if you have a relative in Canada who is a PR or Canadian citizen but that is more related to the 100 points calculation. But in CRS score there was nothing about having spouse's Aunt/Uncle points or the adaptability points means you do not get extra points for having a relative form spouse side or my side.
so by "1 - It could affect your eligibility if you're a FSW applicant." you mean that it could affect my 67/100 score calculation.
Thanks

Correct, it affects your points under the six selection factors (67/100) which would in turn make your profile ineligible if you fall below the required 67 points.

I appreciate your time.
So this means that 67/100 rule is somewhat embedded in the initial application when you fill the EE profile( one of the reason why I failed to notice and understand its implications).
One last question, If I got the 5 points by saying "yes" to a relative (aunt)of my spouse question. Now if I change it to a "no" it should not void my application and will not be considered as a misrepresentation( I intend to explain in LOE). As you said the only prerequisite will be to still full fill the 67/100 criteria after loosing 5 points (which I hope I can do).
I more concerned about the "misrepresentation scenario".
Thanks
