is this possible guys If I wantto tansfer a university from albera to manitoba? I already paid 1500$ for rhe reservation fee but I did not yet paid the whole tution for the 1st sem

Once, you apply an admission to another college, you can give a notice to cic through mycic in directly. Make sure.. you are going to study within 90 days. Otherwise, your study permit will be cancel after 90 days.

Yes. for your cic account. You just need your student ID, school code and start date(for your study). It's easy.
If you dont give a notice, CIC will confused you.... Because your former school has a duty which report to CIC. This means, they are going to cancel your study permit after missing school. However, if you give a notice through mycic, CIC will allow studying in other college although they receive a report from your old school. I hope, you get my point. It's better to give a notice asap...
