Changing Roles/Employer on implied status.

I'm currently with a temp agency while on implied status. I am about to change roles with the organization I'm working. They are looking into bringing me off the temp agency and having me on their company payroll.

I'm worried if I will run into any issues on implied status as technically I will be working for another employer (from temp agency to company).

I will have a new role working with the same organization but I will be on the company payroll instead of the temp agency. Will I have any issues with the change?

I applied for PR through common law sponsorship and an OWP, sorry if it was the wrong category.

If now you hold an OWP. If yes, there should not be a problem, as far as I know.
