Changing Province on PGWP

I am currently on my PGWP eligible until 2025, and I am working full time as Assistant Store Manager since 6 months in British columbia. I am willing to take a job transfer within my company to toronto for same position. Any cons of this move in regarding to applying for express entry in future?
