Changing province after test, is it a wise move?

Hi, I am currently in Montreal, I completed my test in May 2021, while other parts of my application are still "in process". Do you suggest I move to a city that has fewer cases in their hands, so it can be processed faster?
Or, will my file be transferred to the new case center and start all over again and being treated as a "new application"?

Your move to another provinces should be based on other reasons. If you need to move for a job or family reasons it doesn’t make sense not to move because of citizenship oath.
