Changing my school from Quebec to Ontario

Hi, I'm enrolled into a doctoral program in Quebec. Due to personal reasons, I want to discontinue my current study program and change my doctoral school to an institution in Ontario.

Would this be possible? How should I proceed in order to transfer to another school? Your advise would be appreciated.

You are fine to switch schools and provinces. Just make sure you follow the process to notify IRCC.
