Hello,
I am considering the best option for the following case:
I have applied for the CSQ. At the time I did, I was single (I still am). However, the PR application (assuming I'll get my CSQ soon) can take as long as 20 months in the Ottawa Visa Office (it is as double in my country of origin).
I have three options:
1- Wait until I get my PR and bet that I will get it in less than a year (I am willing to sacrifice one more year waiting but not more) and then get married, though the average time is 20 months as indicated in CIC website.
2- Getting married before I apply to the PR and after getting the CSQ.
3- Getting married after applying to and before getting my PR.
What is the best option, in the sense that it will take the least time and paper work?
Thanks
