Changing Last Name in Medical forms

Hi!
I've done medical examination few weeks ago and now got married and changed my Last Name. My husband is applying for outland sponsorship for me. But will my medical be valid for this application with my previous Last name? I'll be very pleased to hear the answers..Should I redo it?

No you don't need to redo it, your medical will still be valid. For eg. I am aware of at least ONE applicant who had their medical done in Quebec (where they don't recognize and would NOT use her married surname) even despite the fact that her "new" passport was in her married name.
