Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a question I had. I'm sponsoring my Peruvian wife and we've sent our outland application already. I've already been accepted as a sponsor but on her application it talks about the small business we own together and our salary from that etc. Well now as we're getting ready to go to Canada we will be transferring our business into her fathers name so he can run it from Peru. What I'm wondering is if there would be a problem as it won't technically be our company anymore and if they check into that they would see that. Would I need to get in touch with the office in Canada or the VO in Peru to update them on that? Thanks for the help.
