For example

I have a score of 370 and I just saw that scores are dropping and I am fearing that anytime scores can go up so why not enter CLB 9 level IELTS score to get my points up to 430 so i get the ITA and try to retake IELTS to get that score who knows after 3 months scores can go upto 460.

By the above mentioned way system can be misused^
But I am not just "putting scores". I actually had the test the first time and I will actually do the test a second time and upload a scanned copy of it. And my score was already above crs cut-off (I got 420 points).

Your score will get 420 after you get CLB 9 in levels?

With CLB 8 in listening your score will be in 370s or 380s?

My score is 420 now, with my current IELTS levels (with CLB 8 in listening).

If I take the test again and score CLB 9 or more on all bands, then I will get even more points than 420... This is what i'm asking about.

If your score is above 415. Than why you need to take another IELTS it will not matter much

Because:

...since I figured out that I was awarded more points than I should have, due to an error in the software, and when the officer manually evaluates my profile he/she will decrease my number of points accordingly, which will put me below the threshold for the minimum number of points for the current round of invitations. So I need to find something to makeup for that loss of points and the IELTS are the only thing I can think of.

PS: The discrepancy is with my work hours. I have a lot of hours/week in my jobs so the system calculated the total number of hours and it is more than what is normally needed for 3 years of work experience (even though I actually only have 2 years). So my scores will be different once assessed properly.
After an officer manually assess my case, my points will become 408 instead of 420. So I need to retake IELTS to insure I get more points after recalculation.

Your score should be on or above the CRS cut off of the draw you get invited in. If your score fall below 415 then you will get rejected according to section A11.2

Ministerial Instructions created under the authority of section A10.3(1)(e) list the MEC for Express Entry. Applicants must meet the MEC to be accepted into the Express Entry pool and must also meet the MEC when they are issued an ITA and when they submit their e-APR.

That is what IRCC says^

I understand. But this is not the case here.

The System gave me 420 points. But the system is wrong because it miscalculated my work history, it gave me 3 years where I should be given 2 years.
So, when an officer manually assess my case, he will not give me 420 points but 408 points, which is below the cut-off, so I need to get my score higher to make up for it.
Get me? :)

No just 2 years. This month they will be exactly 2 years work experience.
Look IRCC dont believe in softwares and all that you know that you have only 2 yrs of work exp so how can you claim points for 3 yrs. Software will give you 450 but at the end of the day you are the one who has to prove

I feel like you're not really understanding what i'm saying...

This is the scores I received: CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience : 25

And we know that, you are awarded 25 points if you have 3+ years of work experience with "CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, one or more under 9" OR for 1-2 years of experience with "CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities".

You are asking, if I only have 2 years work experience, how did I claim points for 3 ?

Well:
The discrepancy is with my work hours. I have a lot of hours/week in my jobs so the system calculated the total number of hours and it is more than what is normally needed for 3 years of work experience (even though I actually only have 2 years work experience). So my scores will be different once assessed properly by an officer and not the online system (which is a software). And so I will get 13 points on my CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience instead of the 25 points I was given at first.
