My AIP PR application got returned sadly due single document missing. I reapplied again with the require document.
While my application on process, my company name changed to another name which I updated in my experiences letter section,
Will it be an issue to my AIP PR application in order to receive AOR?

No don't bother - if they call the company (which is rare) presumably your HR team will explain the change. Otherwise wait for an ADR - if they ask for an updated employment letter the contents can reflect the change of name,

Now a days they are verifying employment, Make sure your company give them proper reply if they contact them, mostly they send email or some received phone calls
