I have received AINP nomination. So i want to change employer now. Can i do it or not?

I am on post graduate open work permit.
I work as Long haul driver. NOC -7511.

There are no restrictions on employment but employer name written in Ainp nomination

So what should i do

Not a good idea.
A friend was nominated in 2016, had no employer restriction with strategic recruitment stream, got Bridging OWP. He was refused now, almost three years after his PNP nomination because he is not working due to work shortage.

Incorrect. OP can switch employers under same NOC.

That person did not switch employers. Just was not working because of the work shortage in his NOC.

I am just showing that any change in employment history might cause nomination withdrawal.
That case had no employer indicated on nomination certificate, no employer restriction, bridging open work permit, but being laid-off because the employer had no work caused immediate nomination withdrawal. Maybe someone will find it useful.

In my field there is no shortage of work . Just tell me i can change employer or not please

I would recommend that you contact AINP office and ask them about your file specifically before you actually change the employer.
