Has anyone successfully changed their email address with CIC? The email provider that I used for many years and listed on my application went out of business and I have not received anything from CIC since that email service stopped.
I have repeatedly emailed CPP-Ottawa to change my email address and have never gotten a response other than the automated one. I have also faxed and mailed letters requesting the email address to be changed and have never heard back. My GCMS notes show these letters have been received and are part of my file, but the old email address is still listed under my contact information.
My ECAS status recently changed to 'In Process' but I haven't received anything sent to my new email address. I'm starting to worry that they're still sending things to my old email address. Any thoughts?
